It's good
I've lived there for about 5yrs, it's a good location, close to the schools, a quiet-ish neighborhood. There good be some work with the A/C but overall it's getting better from when I first moved in.

Location is good
The location is great but maintenance is lacking. Only half of the washers and dryers work, and it has been that way for the +2 years I have lived here. Also, if your AC breaks, good luck. I hope you like the heat. The walls are thick so it's pretty quiet though. The price is decent but they raise the rent every year like clockwork. Management is fairly understanding overall.

So far, A good experience.
I've lived here over 20 years, and it has been a good experience. I've seen improvements over the years and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. The positive experiences I've had living here outweigh the negative. There are a few things that can be improved on, but for the most part it's been a positive experience.
